Welcome to Family Weekend - October 19-21, 2007

The University Union Board cordially invites you and your family to join us for Family Weekend 2007. This year's theme is "Fall Fun" and we hope you will join us and make memories that will last a lifetime.

There are free events on both Friday and Saturday night. Join us! We ask that you register with us on the registration page under "Free Events" for our planning purposes. There will be a small walk-up fee for those who do not pre-register.

REGISTRATION: The deadline to register online was October 8, 2007. If you wish to make reservations, please contact the Office of Student Activities at 309-298-3232 or Diane Cumbie at DM-Cumbie@wiu.edu to check availability. Those who registered online and chose to pay by check must have their checks mailed in by October 8, otherwise reservations will be canceled. Make checks payable to University Union Board. Mail checks and reservation forms to: Diane Cumbie Family Weekend Registration Office of Student Activities Western Illinois University 1 University Circle Macomb, IL 61455 Cancellation Policy: Under certain circumstances, registrants may be allowed to cancel registrations and receive a refund of registration fees. In order to be considered for a refund, you must submit a cancellation request which includes a reason for the cancellation in writing no later than Friday, October 1, 2007. Cancellations will not be accepted after the deadline. Those receiving refunds will be sent a refund check on or around November 17, 2007. There will be no refunds given for T-shirt orders or football tickets. If you cancel your registration and have ordered T-shirts, your T-shirts will be mailed to you after Family Weekend.
